One credit creates one complete lesson: a CELTA-style teacher plan and a student lesson (High Quality lessons use 2 credits). Editing, printing, worksheets, quizzes and slides from that lesson are included.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.

What if creating a lesson fails?

The credit is refunded automatically.

Can I get a refund?
